The adult classes consist of K1, Kickboxing and MMA training. All students are pushed hard throughout the duration of the class. Whether your goal is weight loss, fitness or to get ready to compete, we will get you there!
The Tuesday class is an hour of stand-up training, the Saturday class is 90 minutes of circuit training, pad and bag work, ground skills and MMA and Ju Jitsu techniques.
We have a weights area in the academy to help students work on strength and conditioning.
The classes are taught by Giles Richards, who has been voted UK instructor of the year 2009, 2010 and 2012 and is featured monthly in the UK’s largest martial arts magazine, Martial Arts Illustrated.
